• Where is the store based?

  Toronto, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! Depending on where you live, your country's border custom may hold the shipment or charge duty taxes, which I will not be responsible for.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I ship every Wednesday, or more if I can.

  According to Canada Post:
  Bookmarks: Within a 7 days.
  Parcels: 3-7 days for Canada. Everywhere else would take up to 30 days.

  Remember to check your country's custom policies. I will not be responsible for any extra charges made by your customs.

• Can I upgrade my shipping with tracking?

  Yes, email me and tell me what you ordered. Then I'll let you know the new shipping rate.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
